Professor Elberg teaches in the areas of Health Law, Health Care Fraud and Abuse, Evidence, and Data Analytics. Prior to joining Seton Hall Law School, Professor Elberg served for 11 years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, including five as Chief of the Health Care & Government Fraud Unit.
